The Smart Energy 360 Advisor Certification Training Program is an energetic, one of a kind, in-house certification program taught in our Dallas, Texas Energy Square Offices by our Executive Team, Certified Energy Professionals, MBA's, and Industry Thinkers. It takes our energy advisors from customer energy assessment all the way through solar energy solutions. We incorporate online, onsite, and client location instruction for producing the industry’s best energy advisors.

Entry-Level Energy Advisor Mentorship

Wait, you might be thinking, did I read that correctly? Yes, you did. We believe it is crucial to provide a mentor for every entry-level energy advisor brought on board because when you succeed, we all succeed. If selected for this program, you will work as an apprentice under one of our experienced energy advisors, who will teach you industry best practices, offer support, share advice and help you build a strong client base.
